    Hi gelo, sorry for the sobrang delayed response to your message. actually APL Running team is group of runner within our company, but it doesnt mean that nobody is not allowed to join our runs. We usually we road races and marathon in Metro Manila, Some of us did trail runs as well. I hope we could get in touch soon. sorry again for the delayed reply.
